Many of you will be aware that concerns have been expressed in Vetrun on some aspects of the way the club is run. The committee would like to request that if members have any concerns, comments, or suggestions on the way the club is run, that in the first instance they express these to the committee. Several committee members are always at Sunday runs and at ECAC on Thursdays. Alternatively members can use the Contact Us button on the website. Of course if concerns are not dealt with to the satisfaction of the member, letters to Vetrun or posts on Facebook are certainly appropriate.
The committee believes that good two-way communication with the membership is vitally important, which is why we carried out last year’s comprehensive survey and implemented some improvements that you suggested in the survey. But we can always improve further and remain open to suggestions, (for example Mike Anderson’s excellent idea on car stickers)
