Note that jumps coaching with Dave Wyatt starts 5:30 at WAAS, while due to the poor floodlighting at ECAC the throws will start at 5:30 on Thursdays.
The winter programme at ECAC will commence on 10th May.
There will also be a pre-Worlds programme at WAAS in August.
